Follow the prompts on the registration page using a compatible browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari).
When entering your Name and DOB, be sure to enter it as it is documented by your employer or healthcare plan.
Activate Benefit
Once activated, you can update your profile by adding personal details, such as your primary care provider, preferred pharmacy, and allergies.
For employers on a family plan, be sure to update medical information of each family member.
Once you start a visit, you will follow the prompts describing the reason for visit. All visits begin with messaging, but you can request a voice or video call in the chat.
Following your visit, you can review visit summaries and transcripts.
