I was very glad to find out that I had this service with my insurance. My husband got very sick very fast and I didn't know whether to take him to a doctor or an emergency room or wait. I was able to get some guidance quickly from a doctor to at least know the initial steps to take.
I've used NormanMD for years. Every Dr has been very great and accommodating. In July a Dr saved my son's life. I called about vomiting and belly pain and she suggested it could be appendicitis. I thought "oh what are the chances of that?" and still took him to ER. She was right. He had emergency surgery.
Helpful and quick! Made me feel better about my situation and helped me find solutions on how to treat my symptoms properly.
This service has been invaluable to me! I cant always just get out to the doctor, so this service (24,7) is a BIG comfort to me. It has helped me stay out of the hospital and I sometimes I see THAT as the victory!
I found the doctors to be so helpful. I appreciated not having to leave my home, as I am experiencing stomach issues, and talking to a doctor from home was much more comfortable. The $15 a month is MUCH cheaper than visiting urgent care, as well. I am very satisfied!
